These terms apply to the NaamDhara app and website, provided by Sono, an individual seller in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using NaamDhara you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
NaamDhara is a counter and companion for Naam Jap and Sadhana. The free features (counter, Pure Counter, history, goals, mantras, offline use and sync) are provided as-is and may change over time.
2. Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You may delete your account at any time from the account page; this removes every synced count permanently.
3. Digital goods
Items sold on the pricing page (such as wallpaper packs) are digital goods delivered instantly to "My Downloads" after payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including a 7-day window for accidental purchases.
4. Licence
Purchased digital goods are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly post them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harm others.
6. Content
Mantra texts are traditional and in the public domain. Transliterations, meanings and artwork are ours or licensed to us. Corrections are always welcome through the contact page.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to keep your counts safe, but NaamDhara is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
