1. Digital goods only
NaamDhara does not sell or ship physical products. Everything on the pricing page is a digital good: files and features delivered inside the app and website.
2. Instant delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, the purchase is added to "My Downloads" in your account and an email receipt is sent to the address used at checkout. No shipping charges apply.
3. If delivery fails
In rare cases a payment is confirmed but the item does not appear within 15 minutes. Please sign out and in again; if it is still missing, write to hello@naamdhara.com with your receipt and we will deliver it manually or refund you.
4. Where we deliver
Digital goods can be purchased from anywhere our payment provider supports. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees.
